Forrester’s Total Economic
Impact Report

Chargebacks and the cost of pilfered products are literally not the half of it when it comes to the cost of online fraud. When Forrester Consulting, on behalf of Signifyd, looked at the total economic impact of adopting a guaranteed fraud solution, it found a substantial reduction in fraud costs, but an even bigger revenue bump due to higher order acceptance rates.

Overall, Forrester’s June 2017 report concluded that a major retailer saw a $7.1 million benefit over three years.
