Why did I get a BadRequest Response?

Using tabs in JSON code will generate a Bad Request JSON error from Signifyd. This can be fixed by not using tabs per the specification OR removing white space before and after tabs.

Troubleshooting

  1. Copy the JSON code.
  2. Run the code through JSON Lint to check for errors . It may not give you a cause but it will highlight errors.
  3. Remove the tabs and run the transaction through Signifyd again.
