How do I update my credit card information?

Signifyd uses Recurly, a third party service, to process your subscription billing. You can update your credit card information and change your invoice contact email address, as well as view account activity and download invoices by logging into your Recurly Signifyd subscription plan account.

  1. Log into and in the upper right corner hover over your name to produce the drop down list. From the drop down list click on settings.
  2. Once inside the settings page, click on ‘billing’ on the left of the screen to open up the billing page.
  3. Inside the billing page on the right side click on the pencil in the ‘billing information box’ to update your credit card information.
  4. Once you information is updated, be sure to click save and Signifyd will update our system with your new payment information.
