What documents do I need to provide on digital goods or gift card claims?
If you receive a chargeback on an order that meets our coverage criteria, you’ll need to gather the following items to submit a reimbursement request:
- Proof of deactivation of the digital goods/code(s)
- Proof of delivery/service which could be in the form of the email confirmation sent to the buyer for instructions on how to access their purchase
- Purchase confirmation/sales receipt
If you have not done so, please cancel or disable the gift card from being used in your store. If the gift card was used by the customer, please provide us a record in a form of a sales receipt.
