How do I get reimbursed via bank transfer?

When requesting reimbursement on an eligible chargeback, Signifyd gives you the option of being reimbursed via bank transfer.

If you’d like to be reimbursed via bank transfer, you’ll need to set up an account on Bill.com prior to submitting a reimbursement request. (If you already have a Bill.com account, you’ll simply need to provide the email address associated with that account when you submit a reimbursement request.)

How To Set Up A Bill.Com Account

Setting up a Bill.com account consists of an initial sign up on Signifyd’s Bill.com page, followed by a separate process to enter your bank information. Follow the steps below to complete the entire process.

1. Visit the Signifyd sign up page on Bill.com.

2. Complete the form.

Enter your information in the form, accept the terms of service, and click Get Started to create an account.

Upon submission, you should receive a confirmation message similar to the below.

3. Verify your email and complete your account setup.

Check your email for a message from Bill.com (usually titled Finish connecting to get paid by Signifyd). Open the email and click the link to login and finish setting up your account.

4. Create a new password for your account.

5. Enter your bank information and finish setup.

You’ll now be taken to your Bill.com dashboard, and your setup should be complete.

You’ll also receive email confirmation from Bill.com that your account has been officially connected to Signifyd.
