Answers to the most common questions about the Signifyd platform.

How do I get help with Magento?

Please send the following information via our support portal.

  1. Signifyd_connect_log file. This file is located at /var/log/signifyd_connect.log file. To get the log file, logging must be enabled in both Magento and our Signifyd Magento plugin otherwise log files will not be created.

Enable Logging in Magento

  1. Go to Magento Admin -> System -> Configuration -> Advanced -> Developer -> Log Settings.
  2. “YES” should be in the “Enabled” input box.
  3. If not, add it and then select Save Config at top right of page.

Enable Logging in our Signifyd Magento Plugin

  • Go to Magento Admin -> System -> Configuration -> Signifyd -> Signifyd
  • Enter YES in all three input boxes.
