How do I submit an order for Guarantee?

Submit The Order

  1. Select an order to submit. You won’t see the Guarantee icon until an order is opened.1guarpayselectorderv3_163
  2. Select the Guaranteed Payment button at the top right corner of the order page. Note that you have 7 days from the order date to submit and order for Guaranteed Payments.1guarpayprocesswhite_164
  3. A pop-up box will appear asking “are you sure you want to guarantee this case?”. Select yes.3guarpaypopupboxv3_165
  4. For Select Plan customers, an email message is sent to the email address of the Signifyd user that submitted the order for Guarantee.

    Guarantee Submitted

    Your request for guarantee on Order #xxxxxxxxx has been submitted. We will notify you when complete.

  5. Your order will now be in Pending status waiting to be dispositioned. Both the Guarantee icon and the order will display Blue and White icons. 4guarpaypendingsidebarv3_1672guarpayprocessblue_168

Review and Disposition the Order

For Select Plan customers, when an order has been dispositioned, an email message is sent to the email address of the Signifyd user that submitted the order for Guarantee. Be sure to check the correct email account for this message.

  2. You will receive the following email message confirming your Guarantee has been completed.

    Hi [your name],

    Signifyd has completed a review of the Guarantee you requested for Order #xxxxxxxxx. Login to the console to see the final decision.

  3. Orders are usually dispositioned in a second but your riskiest orders can take up to 24 hours. Learn why some orders can require more time.
