What webhooks does Signifyd support?

Webhooks are messages sent by Signifyd via HTTP POST to a url you configure on your Settings page in the Notifications section. Webhook messages are sent when certain events occur in the life of an investigation. Currently the following events can trigger a webhook.

Case Creation Triggers after a case is created and the order scoring is complete. This webhook is used to notify you of the score so that you can approve orders or put orders on hold.
Case Rescore Triggers when the payment info is updated for a case via the API. This webhook is used to notify you of case re-scores after the order information is updated.
Case Review Triggers when the Thumbs Up(good case) or Thumbs Down(fraudulent case) buttons are clicked on the dashboard. This web hook can be used to handle order fulfillment.
Guarantee Completion Triggers when a case has been dispositioned by our Guarantee department. This webhook notifies you of the Guarantee decision. This web hook can be used to handle order fulfillment.
