The (G2) Crowd says Signifyd is top in customer satisfaction

Signifyd regularly publishes free reports packed with business insights, commerce trends and data from our massive Commerce Network. We’ll only email when we have something meaningful to share, no more than once per week. And of course you can unsubscribe any time.

Signifyd was built with customer-centricity at it’s core. We know we are nothing without customers and that we have no future unless those customers are successful

We know that. But you?

You, who are reading this, might fairly think: Show me a company that doesn’t say it’s all about serving its customers. That’s why it’s so gratifying that G2 Crowd’s Spring Report names Signifyd as the leader in customer satisfaction in the fraud protection sector. The company scored a 93 percent in satisfaction, 17 percentage points higher than its closest competitor.

G2 Crowd bases its findings on reviews posted by fraud-protection company customers — reviews that are verified by G2 Crowd.

Grid that shows Signifyd the fraud protection industry leader in customer satisfaction

The report went on to rank Signifyd as the leader in market presence, a measure of the company’s growth and potential.

“Service excellence has always been a hallmark of the value that Signifyd brings to customers,” Signifyd Senior Vice President of Customer Success Matt Lindeman said. “Signifyd is committed to building on our legacy of exceptional service and keeping our customers at the center of everything we do. It’s gratifying to see that our commitment to service excellence is taking us in the right direction, and that our customers value us as a strategic partner in their success.”

Since the day Signifyd was founded by CEO Raj Ramanand and Chief Product Officer Michael Liberty the focus has been on customers. The co-founders believed it was unfair for merchants to have to become experts in fraud or bear the risk of devastating losses. They wanted retailers to be able to focus on their core mission and to be able to build fantastic customer experiences without the fear of fraud.

While the company has grown rapidly and moved into additional products, such as Chargeback Recovery, it has never strayed from that customer focus. Signifyd’s Net Promoter Score, a closely watched measure of customer satisfaction, is well above some consumer favorites, such as Netflix, Starbucks, Amazon, Tesla and Apple.

And while scores and rankings and quadrant-style grids are nice, what’s most gratifying is to hear the voices of satisfied customers. Among those who reviewed Signifyd on G2 Crowd, was Ashley Linden of Signifyd customer Jerome’s Furniture.

“I love that it makes our jobs easier with preventing fraud,” Linden posted in a review on the site. “The representatives are prompt, polite and always providing updates.”

Daniel Flanagan of ReserveBar wrote on the site that he appreciates the way Signifyd experts guide him through orders identified as fraudulent, explaining how Signifyd reached the conclusion it did.

“Extremely user friendly,” he wrote. “Reps from Signifyd are always around to answer questions concerning chargebacks and other potential issues that may be encountered.”

Signifyd’s technology and service have been recognized before. The company was selected as a Gartner Cool Vendor and Frost & Sullivan named Signifyd the market leader in the guaranteed fraud protection space.

“Customer feedback has consistently indicated a high level of satisfaction with Signifyd’s products,” Frost & Sullivan noted in its “2018 North American Ecommerce Guaranteed Fraud Protection Growth Excellence Leadership Award.”

The accolades are nice to hear. But mostly, they serve as a reminder of the high standard we intend to keep up.
