Our LATAM team launched four years ago and in that time transformed Signifyd into a powerhouse in the region, serving some of the largest and best-known retailers in Mexico and Brazil. 

We recently connected with four LATAM team members to hear about their experiences being at the center of Signifyd’s growth and dynamic culture in Latin America and to explore how they are helping Signifyd stay ahead in the constantly evolving landscape of ecommerce and commerce protection.

He finds fulfillment in seeing the direct impact of his work — whether through customer interactions at events like Signifyd’s FLOW gatherings of merchants and thought leaders or by fostering trust in digital transactions across the region.

Renata Caramelo, senior manager of risk intelligence in Brazil, was drawn to Signifyd for its clear mission—protecting customers, preventing fraud and making online transactions safer. But what she discovered went beyond that: a company that also protects and empowers its employees.
