Cancellation Policy

In the event of a full or partial cancellation of an e-Commerce Transaction by a Subscriber or Subscriber’s End User, a Subscriber can cancel the associated Approved Transaction. Cancellation Fees may apply as specified in Subscriber’s Order. Capitalized terms used herein without a definition have the same meaning as the defined term in the Agreement.

Notice of Cancellation

Subscribers may provide Signifyd with a notice of cancellation as follows:

  • Signifyd Console: A full order cancellation can be done manually within the console via the orders screen > Link. A partial cancellation may not be submitted within the console.
  • OMS Integration: Signifyd also offers integrations with the following Order Management System (OMS) that allow Subscribers to initiate the cancellation automatically: Magento, VTEX, Shopify
  • Returns API: Signifyd offers an Returns API that allows Subscriber to initiate a full or partial Approved Transaction cancellation. e-Commerce Transactions associated with Cancelled Transactions may not be resubmitted. If a cancellation was made in error, please contact Signifyd Customer Support to reset the order's Approved Transaction status.

Required Documentation

  • Full cancellation: Subscriber or Subscriber’s End User cancels an e-Commerce Transaction in its entirety. The associated Order Amount is either refunded to the Subscriber’s End User or canceled.
  • Partial cancellation: The End User or Subscriber cancels some but not all of the e-Commerce Transaction.
