Capitalized terms used herein without a definition have the same meaning as the defined term in the Agreement.

Eligible Chargeback Reason Categories

In order for Signifyd to issue a Chargeback Credit for a Chargeback, such Chargeback must be in the Eligible Chargeback Reason Categories as follows:

In order for Signifyd to issue a Chargeback Credit for a Chargeback, such Chargeback must be in the Eligible Chargeback Reason Codes (by Signifyd Integrated Processor) as follows:

Eligible Chargebacks Exclusions:

The following will not be considered an “Eligible Chargeback”:

  • Guaranteed Fraud Protection only: Chargebacks with reason codes ‘No response to Retrieval’ and ‘Request for support is ineligible/insufficient’ even if previously raised with an Eligible Chargeback Reason Category or Eligible Reason Codes.
  • Chargebacks resulting from transactions for airline or other travel pre-bookings where the Chargeback was filled during a bankruptcy of Subscriber or the 30-day period prior to a bankruptcy filing involving Subscriber.

Signifyd reserves the right to update its policies from time to time as necessary to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Signifyd will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice to subscribers when such updates materially affect their rights or obligations under these policies.
