For Complete Chargeback Protection, Subscriber must publish and make available the following policies to its end users:

• Terms of Service
• Shipping Policy
• Cancelation Policy
• Refund/Return Policy
• Subscription Policy (for subscription products)

Signifyd reserves the right to update its policies from time to time as necessary to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or operational needs. Signifyd will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice to subscribers when such updates materially affect their rights or obligations under these policies.
