Capitalized terms used herein without a definition have the same meaning as the defined term in the Agreement.

- Proof of shipment is provided, in the form of a tracking number, corresponding to the order ID.
- The shipment date must be after the Advisory Notice Date, and must be before the Chargeback filed date.
- The final delivery address must match the shipping/delivery address of the Invoiced Transaction.

BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup In Store) |
- Subscriber must publish and make available an on-site pickup policy requiring: (i) order confirmation, (ii) ID verification (if applicable) before releasing merchandise. If someone other than the buyer picks up the order, they must present the confirmation email.
- Pickup must occur before a chargeback is filed; items collected after the chargeback date will not be eligible for reimbursement. Ensure the delivery address for the Invoiced Transaction matches the store location.
- Provide proof of fulfillment, including the order number, customer contact details, fulfillment date/time, and pickup confirmation.

Electronic Gift Cards/Vouchers |
- Confirmation Email from Subscriber confirming gift card/voucher delivery to user’s personal email/account

Subscription Services |
- Confirmation Email from Subscriber confirming users have or will receive purchased services.

Ridesharing |
- Confirmation Email from Subscriber confirming user’s ride has completed to requested destination

Digital Currency Exchanges |
- Confirmation Email from Subscriber confirming currency has been delivered to users personal account.

Gaming Services |
- Confirmation Email from Subscriber confirming user’s credits have been delivered to users personal account, or will receive purchased services.

Flights |
- Order Number/Booking Reference: The unique alphanumeric code assigned to the reservation, often referred to as a PNR (Passenger Name Record) or Record Locator. This will be found on the booking confirmation email or printed ticket.
- Name of the passenger on ticket
- Email address and/or phone number
- Receipt confirmation provided to the passenger, including the ticket number (e-ticket sent via delivery email or ticket sent to DA)
- Proof of Ticket Status:
- For Completed Travel: Evidence that the passenger has arrived at the intended destination
- The boarding pass or copy of the redacted flight manifest indicating that the flight was taken.
- For Canceled Travel: Provide official communication from the airline confirming the cancellation and any refund issued. This may include reservation cancelation emails or refund information.

- Proof of delivery/service which could be in the form of the email confirmation sent to the buyer for instructions on how to access their purchase

Signifyd reserves the right to update its policies from time to time as necessary to reflect changes in business practices, legal
requirements, or operational needs. Signifyd will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice to subscribers when
such updates materially affect their rights or obligations under these policies.
