You can count us among those who traveled to Las Vegas to be transformed.

Now, don’t get all judgy. We were there on business — yes, really. The diamond in the desert recently hosted a harmonic convergence of retail thought leaders, simultaneously serving as home to Shoptalk 2018 and MRC Vegas 2018.

Ours was something of a digital transformation — the kind of transformation that is turning retail upside down.

We learned a ton, including that retail’s digital natives are restless, that Visa has big changes in store for chargeback disputes, that global expansion is a thing and that a cheeseburger really can go for 20 bucks.

We’d like to share some of that new-found knowledge with you here — no charge. Well, almost no charge. There is a resort fee.
