Signifyd FLOW returns to New York City in April for a digital commerce summit that brings together the top minds in online retail and payments along with a splash of celebrity and a healthy dollop of socializing mixed in.

FLOW Summit 2023 will feature speakers from brand powerhouses, such as Vera Bradley, Adorama and Capital One and top industry experts and analysts from Forrester, Aite Novarica and Bain Capital Ventures. They’ll join keynote speaker Rebecca Minkoff for a day of insightful and inspiring presentations, high-energy discussions and intimate chats among old colleagues and new connections.

Signifyd FLOW is a chance to tap into creative ideas

“It can be a challenge for ecommerce professionals to stop, think and learn while managing the whirlwind of the day-to-day of contributing to the success of an ecommerce operation during a time of accelerating change,” said Stefan Nandzik, Signifyd senior vice president, brand experience. “FLOW Summit 2023 provides the calm amid the chaos needed for creative ideas to take hold and for creative strategies to take flight. We’re looking forward to seeing the bold, new thinking that emerges from Signifyd’s latest edition of FLOW.”

The event will follow two main tracks — the future of ecommerce and the future of payments. The day-long program will explore the limitless potential commerce and payments professionals can achieve when they adopt a brave new approach to growth, customer experience, checkout, fulfillment and customer love.

Industry leaders will focus on the concepts of fearless commerce and fearless payments while the FLOW Summit itself fosters an environment for industry professionals to create fearless connections.

Specifically, panels will tackle the growing challenges of returns and first-party fraud. How, for instance, do brands protect themselves from those who would take advantage of consumer-friendly policies without becoming consumer unfriendly? How are fraud attacks changing, other than rapidly, and what can brands do to counter innovation in the dark arts?

Rebecca Minkoff will offer inspiration at FLOW 2023

More importantly, how can merchants focus on maximizing conversions and revenue rather than over-indexing on playing defense. Experts will weigh in on cross-border commerce and the power of more broadly sharing data among all the players in the payments process — just to mention a few key topics.

Rebecca Minkoff, founder of the eponymous fashion line and author of “Fearless: The New Rules for Unlocking Creativity, Courage and Success,” will provide the inspiration and insights that ecommerce and payments professionals need in a business that rewrites the rule book on a regular basis.

And of course what would all this learning and thinking be without opportunities to informally connect at a post-FLOW reception followed by an after-party? Rest assured there; we’ve got you covered.
