It reduced man-hours that were previously spent on order/payment review. We also now have guaranteed orders so if an order comes through and it’s guaranteed by Signifyd, then you don’t have to worry about it.

Overall it has saved us thousands of dollars and the team has reembursed us a number of times already for chargebacks on orders they approved. Highly recommend for any US eCommerce vendor.

Easy implementation and very good info regarding each order. The notes on declined orders can be hard to decipher but the support team does help with orders you want them to review again.
