The recent spread of the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, communities, businesses — and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Signifyd.
First and foremost, we at Signifyd would like to express our sympathy for anyone who has been directly affected by the coronavirus. Everyone’s good health is the most important thing.
I also want to assure you that Signifyd understands the vital importance of our services to our customers’ businesses. We are ready to continue helping retailers ship orders to their customers without disruption in spite of the outbreak.
Signifyd is ready to provide top-flight service despite COVID-19
To that end, we have taken specific steps to ensure that Signifyd’s ability to provide you with solutions and services at the highest level will not be impacted by COVID-19.
- We have closed our global offices and provided support for our entire workforce to work from home for the duration of the shelter-in-place and other restrictions. We are fortunate to have relied on a highly dispersed workforce from the founding of the company, so the disruption has been minimal.
- We have strongly encouraged all employees to continue to adhere to all guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization, as we have since they were issued.
- We are strictly following state and local authorities’ recent directives around business operations and travel restrictions
Thankfully, due in part to those measures, no Signifyd employees have tested positively for COVID-19.
As merchants, you represent a key economic engine and serve a crucial role in providing the goods and services consumers need as we all manage the recent troubling, and at times tragic, events. In the midst of it all, rest assured that your normal day-to-day contacts and all of Signifyd will be here to support your mission. So please continue to reach out to them as you have in the past.
