Returns Insights is a dashboard that allows Signifyd’s Subscribers to configure and view results generated by returns associated with the applicable Subscriber’s use of the Signifyd’s Services in order to gain insights. The following features are included:
Return Trends & Performance Metrics offers:
- Return Trends provides automated detection of anomalies in return behavior, highlighting areas of opportunity for reducing fraud, abuse, or return volume
- Performance Metrics track the following over time:
- Return rate
- Repurchase rate
- Contract rate
- Return and appeasement requests volume

Classification and Categorization allows for classification of all return and appeasement events, both online and in-person, by return type as follows:
